"Selected bitmap" defines the BMP-file, which will be converted to the main
menu selected icon (*.CGI).
"Unselected bitmap" defines the BMP-file, which will be converted to the main
menu unselected icon (*.CGI).
"Makescript" should not be touched.
The "Selected bitmap"- and "Unselected bitmap"-item can be deleted. In this case, the BMP->CGI conversion will not take place.
