Beware of MCS inconsistencies!

Most of the MCS-functions are similar to those of the legacy systems. Differences will be collected here. Of course the syscall numbers are different!

Under normal circumstances the BfileMainMemory-functions should be sufficient. The use of any other MCS-syscall should be considered carefully!

The main memory address range has been changed.
